Creeper status.

The three day weekend has been fabulous! On Friday, my chicas and I had a Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23 marathon. Then we went out and walked around the area. Oh wait, I need to backtrack! So Maya, Ha-Yoon, and I are running everyday to keep fit. The catch is, we take a picture at someone's house each time! Someone that goes to our school of course. So far, we got Madi, Kyle, and Tracy's house. I'll post those pictures another time since Maya hasn't sent me them yet. But here's some I had on my phone that's inside Tracy's house. Who actually knew the kid wasn't kidding about owning knives...

So my family got the house in Mirasett that we can now rent out! It's seriously like 8 different colors so I got to paint a room for the first time in my life! We're still fixing up the house and I'm glad I can contribute to my family :). Speaking of contributing, I've been job hunting like crazy. As of now, working on a resume! Eugh. So gross.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JULI!

Ha-Yoon and I are broke. So we thought of a last minute plan of giving an awesome present to Juli! We got balloons, a cake (technically a cream pie), and made a photo collage for her. Woohoo! Then we went to her house and POW. It was pretty great. We also met her negative one cousin. Juli! I hope that we made your day :). You're such an awesome kiddo. We have our differences like every other human being, but we just happen to click and work well together. Especially when we dislike the same people. :) Congrats on being 16, Kiddo.

SOUNDER'S GAME! WOOHOO.

On Saturday, I went to my first Sounder's game! IT WAS SO AMAZING. I wish I could play soccer. Too bad I had to be born with two left feet (I'm right-footed, in case you're wondering). Sounder's won against Colorado 1-0! It was so fantastic! I am dying to go again! Soccer players are so hot. So are soccer fans. Yups. Carrying Karina up stairs is pretty sucky though. My mom isn't strong enough to carry her up so many stairs and my dad was looking for parking. Woohoo! We went with Simon, Eric, their dad, Cindy, and Ivan's family. It was like a sea of green. Pretty intense. After the game, we walked around Seattle and it was still a wave of green everywhere. Then we had a BBQ at Simon and Eric's house. I got to walk a dog for the first time in my life! Pretty exciting! I love Oscar! I did this while walking with Karina and Karina learned how to pee like a male dog... Other than freaking out about the recital on Saturday, life has been pretty great! No homework :). In about 9 minutes, The Voice is on! I'M SO EXCITED. MAROON 5 IS SINGING THEIR NEW SINGLE <333!
Oh yeah, I signed up for New Market just now! Woohoo! So excited. Then Ingrid is on Sat. EEEEEKKKKKK. Words cannot describe how excited I am to see her. She's one of my idols. I freaking love her. With a burning passion.

Catching up!

HUNGER GAMES PREMIERE WAS AMAZING. The movie was a tad disappointing because I had super high expectations from reviews, but it was still FANTASTIC. The cast was great except I do not enjoy Liam Hemsworth as Gale. Maybe he'll convince me in the next few movies. Stanley Tucci made the movie for me. Same with Cinna, JOSHIE, Katniss, and Rue!

So much love going around these days. It makes me feel like a loner, but I'm so excited. So happy for my friends! I also heard St. Clair is engaged. Congrats to St. Clair! :)
There's been a crazy amount of snow. My dad measured it and it was 17 inches! I've feeling full of anxiety lately. It's incredibly difficult to relax and I'm always worrying. This sucks. I literally always worry about school or whatever even when there's nothing to worry about. As I'm writing this, I'm feeling sick in my stomach and worrying... Musical rehearsal has been going a lot better! We were supposed to open this week, but school has been canceled the last two days so... Also, I am absolutely in love with Ellie Goulding. I listen to her album nonstop.

Why hello folks! I am so sleepy and tired from PARTYING. Well, my idea of partying is much different from other high schoolers. So Poto folks and I did white elephant and did secret santa! My person was Juli and I got her an extremely cute purse and tons of candy. Maya had me and got me a POOH BEAR PILLOW PET. She also got me cute tights and a scarf for my birthday. :) Speaking of which, I still owe her a birthday present... haha I hung out with Davista in the morning and Juli came and graciously gave us a ride to Madi's for the party! We played Mario Kart like the whole time... I ACTUALLY GOT 1ST ONCE. Of course, it was always Juli after that. Kyle and I were having a very competitive competition, which I kept losing. Overall, today was a grand day. I am so tired.
Yesterday was my piano recital! Piano recitals are so stressful. Andy, Kyle, and I got to eat cookies. Woot, woot. I also watched Pulp Fiction.

I am dedicated to continuing my blog.

I miss blogging. It's been too long. I can't remember everything that's happened so I'm gonna type out whatever comes to mind. Everything's been crazy busy. One thing after another. Stress kept building. No Facebook. Yeah, I went there. I was so busy I couldn't even Facebook for a period of time. I made it in the musical! Yaysies. I play a cookie in "Anyone Can Whistle"! Karina's now 2 years old. Howard and I have reconnected and become good friends again. My PSAT scores sucked to my stereotypical Asian standards. I have contacts. I freaking love Maroon 5 and Adam Levine. Obsessed with Dia Frampton's new album. I enjoy Bruno Mars' music now. Leavenworth with the family was fun. Got such AMAZING photos there with my siblings. I turn 16 in a week. Christmas is coming. So excited. One year on Friday with a certain someone. :)

Well, well, well.

I miss XC. We had our awards night yesterday and it was fun. I'm going to miss the seniors so much ):! Three day weekend though so woot woot! Kendall and Lea kidnapped me today and we drove around. We went to Madi's, but she wasn't there... We went to Kyle's and scared him because his mom let us in and he didn't know we were there. I had some of Lea's delicious birthday cookies and we gave cookies to a homeless guy. We also saw some middle schoolers while we were driving around. Now off to do my crazy hard essay for Street and other fun homework....

Where have the days gone?! I've been super duper crazy busy with cross country and school! I cut my time by so much in cross country! I'm so happy :D! I get around 24 minutes average now. Which isn't super amazing, but I cut my first time by 3 minutes so... Also, I really hate ice baths. They're the worst thing ever. Seriously. We got 2nd at League which was a bummer, but oh well. Today was Districts! Everyone did amazing, but do to a very huge douchebag coach that got Kristen disqualified for having asthma... We got 4th so no going to state unless we can get it appealed. I really don't know what else to write... So yeah... Well, I'm reading a book called A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini and it's SO GOOD!

Unity Night!

I seriously love the xc team! They're like family. :) We had a unity night at Danielle's house yesterday and it was quite fun even though I had to leave early. The girls walked around the neighborhood and got to ride like this go cart thing that Mandeep owned. We then went to Wal-Mart, got yelled at, rode in shopping carts, and all that jazz. Then we got back and hip tattoos which we got from Wal-Mart and we're all just so "rebellious". Pics! Sadly, Ellie wasn't there with us for Wal-Mart (she showed up later).

Cross Country!

Oh my goodness! Who knew cross country was so fun! :) I've met so many new people and am getting to that athletic body I want! hahah! Slowly, but surely. I'm so out of shape compared to everyone else, but that's okay. I'll work up to their level! Today, we went to Kennydale! It was so amazingly fun. We played Ship-Island-Volcano and then jumped into the water! After that, the girls and I rode in the back up Levi's pick up truck. It was fun! I don't know how many times I've said fun, but it was! There's three things I've never done until today. Went to Kennydale, hopped a fence, and rode in the back of a truck.

Last week of school as a freshie!

Well this freshman year was been... interesting to say the least. But onto this week!

Sunday was Father's Day! Being the larry lameo I am, I didn't get a gift for Dad :(. We went out for Brewery City Pizza though. Yum yum!

Monday: After school, Corey and Davis came over and watched AGT :)! SO FUN. Also, Lina has started making Egyptian ratscrew an amazingly popular game.

Tuesday: Pacer! I got a 53... I could have done better. Show choir auditions. It was terrifying. Liza and Rachel got in and I'm happy for them :). I have the song Sunshine, Lollipops, and Rainbows stuck in my head constantly though... I am officially no longer a 4.0 student. Oh well :(. Spontaneous hang out with some folks. It was quite dandy. Juli, Ha-Yoon, and I went to Madi's, Matt's, and Ethan's church to decorate cupcakes and cakes! It was SO fun. We got to meet Quinn Platter! It was so much fun. It brightened up my day getting to do all that. We made an ocean cake and won most creative. :)! We also made individual cupcakes and mine's the clown one :D!

LAST DAY OF SCHOOL AS A FRESHMAN. Thank goodness. This year has dragged on! School was actually quite fun today. We finished watching I Married an Axe Murderer in biology. Played lots of Egyptian Ratscrew during the day and ditched some classes, but came back because we got bored (teachers don't care anyways). Then afterwards, I planned out a picnic and POTO all pitched in money for Brewery City Pizza. It was so fun! :) Karina was the star of the group. hahahha Davis, Juli, and I had like this game of Egyptian Ratscrew that lasted for hours..... It was insane. In this game, us three bonded. It was hilarious. Queen Latifah and King Latifah (black spade of king and queen) are part of Juli's family. hahaha. Then when it was later and everyone left besides Madi, Juli, Davis, Maya, and Corey we chilled out with fold up beach chairs on the front lawn. So relaxing :)! Davis brought his Uke which was a joy to listen to. Today has been a great day. :)

Today has been quite the day! Woke up late for school (came in 2nd period), pushed myself so hard in the mile that I threw up so I went home, and then I got sick again after my piano recital. Woot! On the bright side, I came back to school to pick up homework and bring my text books to school at around 2 o' clock! Then I stayed there because Madi and Ha-Yoon wanted to play tennis. Davis, Corey, Juli, and Matt were also there! It was quite fun. My last piano recital with Kelly went pretty well! I was too sick to be nervous so I did pretty good... Hahahahahha! Show Choir auditions were today and Tuesday so I was having a hard time deciding what song to sing and Matt suggested Sunshine, Lollipops, and Rainbows (Lesley Gore) from Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs! Everyone is like what the heck, but I love that song! It was so funny because my voice teacher, Bree, texted me and was trying to think of a song for me to sing and she also suggested that song out of the blue... COINCIDENCE.

Kelly gave everyone a gift since it's our last piano recital with her and she gave me manuscript paper for writing music! On the first page she wrote, "Lina, You are amazing! Continue to follow your dreams... I have no duobt that you will reach them! Love, Kelly". And then there's a quote that says ""I've never known a musician who regretted being one. UW Graduation and BHHS Graduation!

Yesterday was the graduation day for UW Tacoma and BHHS! Busy, busy day! In the morning, we went to Uncle Hai's graduation at the Tacoma Dome! There were 1000+ students... It took a while. But I'm so proud of Uncle Hai. We grew up together and have bonded throughout the years through insults and violence. I am truly proud of him and will miss him. I got him a gigantic card that he really loved :). He thought it was sweet which is so strange coming from him.

Then in the afternoon, I went to the BHHS graduation! I was late to the call time for choir! There was crazy traffic and I was freaking out. It took 2 hours to make it back to Olympia. But anywho, I'm so happy for the class of 2011. Very extremely happy. I will miss you guys. Don't forget me :).
